Didn’t get my item
I bought an item and the tracking number the seller provided says that the item can’t be delivered or returned to sender, and it’s being sent to the USPS Recovery Center in Atlanta and the seller is not responding to my messages, what can I do to get my money back, eBay keep saying it still might come but the Post Office said it can’t be delivered, why I don’t know, so any suggestions???

·2 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
