Didn´t receive items and items bought not in purchase history
I bought two items from ebay. waited 2 weeks for delivery. The delivery address was a known UPS, Amazon etc drop off pick up point but not the delivery company Paack, unbeknownst to me, so they refused delivery, although this was not from Paacks own information, photo showed the place was closed but it was open at time of delivery. According to paacks automated bot the items after one delivery attempt were sent back to the seller, end of. I contacted the seller and received an email telling me it´s ebays responsibility. Ebay´s automated bot (of course humans don´t exist anymore) can´t find my items in my purchase history, it´s true they are not there. Maybe I did the purchase as a guest, I don´t recall, although I have an account which I have used for many years. Anyway I have lost a lot of time and money and the only thing it seems I can do is write this **bleep** letter. What a f..ing farse, never, never again ebay
