Did the seller send me a digital product He sold to others
Purchased a digital download for tax software which was suppose to have 5 free federal e-files. When I went to use one of them it said they had all been used. I ended up paying for an e-file service. I sent a message to the seller but have not received a response. What should be my next steps?
