Did not use shipping label
Seller requested different shipping method due to eBay shipping being expensive. So, I didn't use the default shipping, but eBay won't release the funds. What should I do? I can't find anyone to contact.

As long as you used one of eBay's integrated carriers and enter the tracking number into the transaction, you should eventually has your funds released.
All new and returning Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a refund request. EBay allows Buyers up to 30 days to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.
Once you have additional successful sales, eBay should start releasing your funds sooner.
