did not recieve order

I jave been trying to reach a live agent at Ebay because I ordered a item reciever a order number . Order did not arrive now Ebay is saying they can't find a order to match that number. Tne money has already been taken out of my bank acct. Please help me

No need to contact an agent. File a Refund Request.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
