Hi good morning,
I have been fighting for 4 months already with ebay and my seller .
they have delivered my package at the wrong address ( 7343 NW 79th Ter. Medley, FL 33166)
you can see the picture from the delivery boy that they dropped it off at the wrong address and was received by a john who signed for the package.
i know it's not your fault but could you please call or drop it off at ;

It was dropped off on 15 December to 7343 on the door where he dropped it off with the receiver John

I'm sorry that happened.
1) First, call the post office/shipper to see if the tracking number label contained your name and your address. (They won't tell you whose name *is* on the package, only that your name and address *is not*.)
b) If your name and address weren't on that label, ask FedEx if they will put this in writing; it's helpful, but not required. Also, ask for the weight of the package using that tracking number. Follow the rest of the steps starting with 2 below:

Then click 'View More Details' to see the package weight. Screenshot that.
2) Then, report the seller using this process

Important, select "Suspicious seller activity"
then "Other"
Explain that the seller is using fake tracking numbers
Include these phrases
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
3) Finally, file a Chargeback with your payment method. Inform them that the seller uploaded a "false tracking number" on your purchase. Share any documentation you gathered. Request a refund.
If this was 30-60 days, eBay might have refunded you, but since it has been 4 months, go to your credit card.
