Did not receive Usps refund for seller after buyer order cancellation
34 days ago, I accepted an offer from a buyer for a brand new item. After accepting the offer, I purchased a USPS shipping label for approximately $14. A few hours later, the buyer emailed me asking me to cancel the order and issue him a refund. I did as the buyer requested and then requested a refund from USPS for the shipping label through the eBay platform. I received a message saying that the refund would be issued in 5 to 21 days. Well it’s been 34 days and I still have not received a refund from USPS even though the order cancellation is considered “complete†by EBay. However, it is not complete. How do I get my shipping label refund from USPS? It has been 34 days since I requested it..
