Did not receive the item advertised

Question

I did not receive the coffee pot I ordered,the one I ordered had a glass percolator knob,I ordered green like was advertised,I got blue with no internal parts for filtering coffee and the pot had a metal lid knob.The seller has no returns,I paid Almost 50 dollars for a German made one,the one sent said China, the seller I purchased from purposely deceived any seller , I want a total refund

You are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee. Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match descriptionâ€œ. Attach a photo. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
