Did not receive the 2 books I ordered but seller says they were delivered.
I ordered 2 books. Neither one was received but seller says they were delivered. I want a refund.
Also instead of sending me a book they sent me a VIDEO.
I want to return the video that I didn't order and to print up a return label they sent me a huge crazy mix of letters and numbers that don't work! Help!
