did not receive return label
i got a defective item.
the seller agreed to take it back, but i never received the return label.
i checked today and got a message that the return has closed.
i still have the item i still want the refund how do i fix this?

OP5 months agothe seller says ebay sends the label.
i just waited for it.
i have not returned anything before how was i supposed to know how long was too long?

Mentor5 months agoEbay will not send a return shipping label if you have already received a refund.

Mentor5 months agoWhen the seller did not provide a return shipping label nor a refund, you needed to ask Ebay to step in to help you before the deadline. Now that the return request has been closed, you can try to contact the funding source to dispute the charge. They may ask you to return the item at your cost.
