Did not receive refund
Purchased items. After two weeks and order not shipped, I cancelled order. Never heard from seller. Did not receive refund. Asked for help on ebay but no help given. Then ebay closed request and I am left with no item and $20.00 in the hole. This seller did offer money back guarantee but never sent me a refund.

Mentor3 years agoThis is how filing an Item Not Received works. It looks like you left out some steps.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. The seller has 3 days to refund your payment or supply a tracking number that shows DELIVERED. If either happens, you need to go back on day 4 and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
