Did not receive refund
I returned an item and was informed that a refund has been issued. The seller received the item back on February 6th. I messaged the seller that the amount to be refunded has not appeared in my account. This was more than the 5-6 day allotted time. Seller told me all she had to do was push the refund button and that I would need to get with ebay. I went through the ebay chat circle and finally was told a representative would be calling me within the next 3 minutes. I carried my phone with me and did not receive a call. Later I was informed that someone called and could not get through. I was referred back through the original chat. What can I do- today if February 15th and I do not want to loose my refund. Thank you.
