Did you open a return request? If so, go to your request and click ‘ask us to step in’. You can do this 2\3 days after the item shows delivered.
If you did not open a request, eBay cannot help. Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund. They usually give the seller 14 days to refund.
