Did not receive paid shipping cost from buyer

Question

I sold an item for $100.00 plus $17.00 for shipping buyer paid 117.00 eBay took fee of 13.80 plus international shipping fee 1.77 and another fee of .30 coming out to total fees of 15.87. Leaving me

but my total payout from this item is only 72.06??? There is nothing in description of sell accounting for the missing money ??? But they want to charge me for shipping too?
I plan on paying for shipping at local office not eBay??

There would also be the actual shipping cost that the buyer paid you the $17 for. It is possible that the shipping for your next sale came out of this payout.
