Did not receive order or a refund and has been over a months and past delivery date.
How to get Ebay to help will seller not shipping item, ebay I cannot cancel but it never shipped just a label was created according to shipping and this is over a month after ordered and days after delivery date.

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee for buyers, so you can file a Refund Request when the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least one day.
