Mentor2 years ago@maxbigdogwife8 If the tracking shows the seller did NOT ship to the address you provided then this is what you do.
File an item not received refund request. Select your item on this page:

After 4 business days if the seller does not refund you ask eBay to step in and help. Have them review the tracking that shows the package was sent to an address other than the one on the sales record.

You will most likely need to appeal the case.
For the appeal, you will need a letter from the postal service stating that the package was delivered to the address on the shipping label but that it was not delivered to YOUR address. ( not sure if this will work with Speedpak)
