Did not receive my item. Appealed and case closed

Question

USPS contacted me and said ebay gave me the wrong tracking #. Message sent to me that the package was delivered to me. Never got anything and looks like I am out $63.68. Post office says ebay messed up and ebay says case closed because I received the package, which I did not. Tried contacting ebay on line but good luck!
