Did not receive my item
Item was purchase on August 18th and was to be delivered around September 24th.
The carrier DHL called me on September 12 or 13 and said that they were calling concening a shipment but I could not understand anything that the lady was saying. I requestdd that they email me or have someone that could speak english call me. They called m,e again the follwing week and I was able to determine that my item had been in their hands since August the 23rd. I asked them why they did not contac me sooner but could not understand what they were saying.
The seller emailed me on Septemeber 18th to let me kow that my shipment was here and that I needed to contact the shipper. so I called DHL but they had already long since shipped my item back. So the seller did not contact me until the item had already been returned... Now the seller wants me to pay for the return shipping and more shipping to have it sent back to me. I stil do not have my item and the seller wants me to pay... I want all of my money refunded and to purchase the item elsewhere... I need to talk to EBay about this horrific experience

Mentor2 years agoThere is no need to call ebay.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
