Did not receive my delivery from Fed Ex
Has anyone had problems with their delivery from Fed Ex? I ordered from car parts wholesale and Fed Ex sent an email today stating my delivery was dropped off but I did not receive anything. It’s also 2 days passed the original date they were supposed to bring it.

·2 years agoContact FedEx and ask where it was left. As the carriers gear up for the holiday season, they take on more substitute drivers who are less familiar with the neighborhood. For residential deliveries, FedEx typically takes a GPS reading and photo of where the item was delivered. If your item was sent by SmartPost, then the FedEx 'drop off' would have been the post office, which would probably deliver the next day.

OP2 years agoFed Ex sent an email stating that my package was dropped off at my address but I did not recieve any package. I called a Fed Ex number that I found online and spoke to a live person and he told me to contact eBay. eBay is not helping at all. I want my money back out my package.

OP2 years agoThe guy from Fed Ex also told me that they do not have to take pictures of that particular package, which was a side view mirror that is very much needed for my vehicle. It was from car parts wholesale…I don’t believe it was ever dropped off. I been at home all day, not just me, my son also.
