Did not receive merchandise

Question

I need to talk to an agent and can't get a number anywhere. For over a month I have been. texting and they put up a picture saying my purchase was delivered. IT WAS NOT MY HOUSE!!! They told me they would send me another package and I never received anything. I think they are insurance scammers or something. I get a phone number to talk to some one and they have decided to close my case even though I have told them to read every text etc. I will never buy anything again on eBay due to the fact there is no customer service.

Just talked to FED EX and they DID send to wrong address BUT the seller must contact them to straighten it all out. UGH!!!
