Did not receive items. Only received partial refund after reporting. How do I get the rest of refund
I ordered 2 of same item. Tracking number never showed movement. Did not receive after a month. Requested refund. Seller only refunded 1 item. Case got closed. Tried calling eBay to get rest of refund. Have not heard anything back from eBay or seller. Am I out my money? That seems illegal

It sounds like you opened your claim for just 1 instead of 2.
Since you can’t open another claim, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for the balance of the purchase.
