Did not receive item.. ordered as a “guest†wasn’t given tracking number..
I think I have been scammed and can’t get in touch with eBay by phone or email.. now what? I ordered as a guest

Tracking protects the seller; if the seller cannot provide tracking, that makes it easier for the buyer to get a refund.
For help with a guest purchase, sign out of your current eBay account and use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase or else see here:
