DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM AND NO LONGER IN MY EBAY
HELP PLEASE. I bought an item several months ago and kept contacting the seller who said they were close to shipping. This happened several times and now I cannot figure out how to get a case opened up. Ebay has reallly **bleep** down their leg here and you cannot talk to a person. I am fired red **bleep** off.

Mentor2 years agoYou only have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date to file an "item not received" case with eBay.
Never let a seller stall you beyond that period; after that you cannot get help from eBay.
You may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase.
