Mentor6 days ago@tbone6675-8 In addition to @mam98031 excellent answer..... You have ONLY 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request on eBay. Since it is probably past that time limit you would have to contact your payment method to file a chargeback as long as the reason for the hold up is NOT your failure to pay the customs fees.

Mentor6 days agoAre there customs / duties due on the package. If so, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay them in order to get the package released. If you just do nothing, it is unlikely that you will get your money refunded by the seller as they are not responsible for customs / duties due on packages. I hope everything works out for you @tbone6675-8
