Did not receive installation instructions

Question

Is there a way for a seller to send you the installation instructions for an item that you have received? The installation instructions were not in the box. I communicated with the seller via ebay messages, but the seller tells me that the installation instructions file is too large for the ebay messages system. And ebay blocks my ebay message if I try to provide the seller with my email address (so that the seller can send me the installation directions via email).

Can anyone suggest how to do this? I am also wondering if this means that you can't get any support for anything you buy on ebay?

@denny-mary Tell the seller to try using the disguised email address that they have for you in order details. If it was a recent purchase they also should have your phone number. If the seller doesn't help then you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item as missing parts since you need the instructions. Seller pays return shipping and refunds you 100%.

Then on the far right in the orders box select Show Contact Info. Then you should see the buyers disguised email address ( this will send an email to the buyers actual email account) It also supports PDF. If the order was within the last month you also have the buyers phone number that you could text them and arrange a method to send the instructions.
