Did not receive eBay credit refund

Question

I ordered an item and paid half with my debit card and half with an eBay credit from a previous return. The seller canceled the order and issue a refund. I received the refund to my card but only the amount that was originally charged. I did not receive back my eBay credit. How do I notify eBay to bring this issue to them and receive my eBay credit back.

@jwk.usa.ky The last time I received a refund for a payment made using an eBay credit, the refund amount appeared as a line item on my payment page. https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
