Did not receive an order and the order is not even found in my Ebay account
I ordered two t-shirts from two different sellers at the same time. Mistake!!
I received one of the t-shirts, but I did not receive the second. I have contacted the seller twice. I have reported to Ebay that I have not received the second t-shirt.
Here is my problem - Ebay has no record of the order. In my account, it shows that I have contacted the seller, but there is no record of my order, my receiving the first t-shirt and then not receiving the second t-shirt. I have been charged for both t-shirts. I can't find a phone number to call anyone at Ebay. Thanks!

Is it possible you bought those shirts as a guest, rather than with an account?
To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:

Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.
You can open an Item Not Received case
1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2) Select Item Not Received
3) Follow the steps
