Did not receive a refund for a cancelled shipping label
A buyer asked for a cancellation before I notice the message and I made the shipping label. I cancelled the shipping label and I refunded the buyer his money but eBay still charged me for the refunded shipping label. I was told to wait 15 days to 4 weeks to get the refund. That was Aug 26th, I still have not received my refund for the cancelled shipping label and ebay AI customer service keeps telling me that the lines are not open at this time to talk to someone. What can I do to get into contact with someone on ebay about this?
