Did not get refund

Question

Hi there, my name is Mohammedzeen Adam, I have recently purchased the Samsung s 25 Ultra on 16th of Dec, 2025, it was not good phone and I returned the phone to the seller, they received the phone on 26th of Dec. However, I haven't received the refund yet although they received phone, too. I reached out the seller multiple times to ask him when should I get refund, even now, he hasn't replied me back yet. I am seeking for help for my refund, please.

Did you file a Return Request on Ebay before you returned the item?

If so, and tracking proves that the returned item has been received by the seller, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
