Did not get item back from buyer after refund was issued.
I refunded money to a buyer and provided a return shipping label to the buyer to send the unwanted merchandise back to me. I did make it clear that I wanted the item returned to me but never received it. Do I have any recourse?

Mentor2 years agoYou never refund the buyer until you get the item back. Once you agreed to accept the return, a prepaid shipping label was sent to the buyer. The buyer should have printed the label, affixed it to the package and shipped it back. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, then you issue the refund. If you send the refund too soon, the buyer is under no obligation to return the item. Use the CONTACT BUYER link and ask the buyer when they plan to return the item.
