Did I pass the 30 items (or transactions) limit?

Hello, with the new tax rules, eBay and any other e-commerces report taxes once you reach 30 sales, correct?
This year I have sold brand new CD's from my personal collection to 29 buyers (so that's 29 transactions)
But one of the buyers bought 2 items
So, in my case does it count as 30 items(/ transactions) and have reached the threshold to be reported to tax authorities?

I have stopped selling until next year ...

Diego, you are in Spain. Your post is in eBay's USA site.

There might be someone on this site that can answer questions about the tax laws in Spain, but most likely NOT.

If eBay's Spanish site has a community forum, that's the best place for your question.
