did I get blocked by the seller?

New to ebay here -

I bought their listing and messaged them about possibly changing my shipping address as I will be closer for the holidays.

They were sussed out as my account was new and I asked (nicely) about whether it would be better for shipping if it was domestic instead of international. They said they were going to contact ebay and cancelled my order before I could explain (I was sleeping and they texted at 5am)

Now I can no longer bid on their items... Does this mean I'm blocked?ðŸ˜

Sellers are not allowed to change the shipping address the buyer provides at checkout. Yes, the transaction has to be cancelled, relisted, and then the buyer has to repurchase the item, providing the correct address. Asking to change the address after purchase can be a red flag. If you were blocked, there is nothing you can do except find another seller. Next time slow down an make sure to provide the correct address. Cancelling transactions wastes sellers time and money.
