Diamond ring retuned without appraisal paperwork
A buyer returned a diamond eternity ring to me claiming it was the wrong size. I reported the buyer and the bay did nothing. They authenticated the return and sent it back to me. If that’s not annoying enough, the buyer (or eBay) did NOT include the appraisal/purchase receipt for the ring. Now what? How can I resell the ring without the original paperwork. I’m so upset. This buyer really screwed me over. I’ve sold on eBay for a while. This buyer literally signed up for eBay and bought my ring on the first day. They have no rating and clearly didn’t understand the “no returns” policy. By claiming the ring not as described it really created a mess for me an eBay didn’t back me up. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I’m at a loss and I’m furious
