Diamond bracelet half the carats as listed
I bought a diamond tennis bracelet on eBay which was listed as 14k gold 10.35 carat diamonds 6 months ago. I got very sick and finally had the chance to have my jeweler look at it. She has advised it is not even 6 carats and 10k gold. Is there anything eBay would do to help? The seller does not have any items listed any longer and is in India. I do not believe the seller is authenticity guaranteed and since it was so long ago that I had any recourse.

Mentor1 year agoSince it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a Returns Request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Paypal accepts cases within 180 days from the transaction. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.

Ebay cannot help you since it is past the 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
