If you are still within30 days of receiving the strips ... then file a 'return request' from your Purchase History. Choose 'Item doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the return. Include photos showing the expired dates.
If the seller doesn't provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days... then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest. [Hopefully, the seller will simply refund you without requiring a return.]
BTW, it's not only medical items that can't be listed when expired ... it also goes for things like printer ink cartridges.
