DHL refund of import duty on returned Japan item?
I purchased a luxury handbag from Japan and it did not match the listing. I returned the item and got a refund -- but had to pay a separate fee upon delivery to DHL for an import duty. Do I have any avenue to get that money refunded? If so, how do I go about it?

Since you paid the fee directly to DHL you need to contact them to find out how to get the refund.
