DHL is saying my adress is incorrect even though it’s correct

I’ve ordered a package but it seems like it’s stuck in Germany. I’ve already contacted my own DHL in the Netherlands which say that nothing can be done. (With an ai assistant of course). I want the package to be delivered but don’t know how to tell them the adress is correct or why they even think it’s incorrect in the first place. Any tips?
