What you received "does not match description or pictures" so therefore it is "not as described". Go to your purchase history and file a not as described return, you will get a pre paid label for the return. Ship the items back. Once tracking shows the Seller has received it they will have 2 days to refund you. If they don't then go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
