Device being used in another state
Received an email saying my device is being used in the state of CO. I live in another state and want to know what is going on.

Sign-in location is provided by the network being used, so that sort of message could be due to using a VPN or a hotspot, or a network provider that has a headquarters in that location.
If the time and browser correspond to your own sign-in activity, or if every time you sign in you get a message about a sign in from that location, you can probably ignore that message.
If you think it is possible that someone else may have gained access to your eBay account, the safest course is to change your password.
