Devastated by Defects
I built my inventory up all year for holiday selling. I sell collectables, gift items, etc. eBay downgraded me to ‘Below Standards’ because of 5 defects. All because I selected the wrong option for cancelled orders. I messed up by doing that but am a fairly new seller and didn’t know any better. I’ve paid eBay lots of money in fees and item promoting, but now, can’t sell a single thing.
it seems incredibly cruel and unfair to penalize someone for unknowingly making mistakes. It seems incredibly cruel to downgrade someone at the peak of holiday spending season.
eBay has decapitated my online business.
