I ordered a set of wheel bearings for a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt LT 4 door sedan the car says it has abs on it so I bought the wheel bearings with abs for lug wheel bearing got them in took the wheel off and the bearing out and come to find out they didn't even have abs on the wheel bearing and now they wanted me to ship it back to them and they printed me a label through my email on my phone the problem is there's nowhere and wise Norton coburn St Paul castlewood Abington or anywhere that prints labels out for FedEx back that so I had to go to Bristol today office Depot and get them to print a shipping label to send them back and they told me that was all I had to do after they got that scanned by FedEx drivers showing where I shipped it that they would send me the right wheel bearings for my car and now they're telling me that they have to wait get the box and the shipment that I sent back have it inspected and that's bound to take 5 to 6 days and plus another three or four to five days to ship it to them and they're wanting me to call them back again I've done called them eight times already or nine and said that I was responsible for the shipping and on the bottom of the order the seller is responsible for the Chevy not the buyer he told me I had to pay $15 extra after they inspect the box call him back in 2 to 3 weeks and then send them more money for the shipping label and they would send me the right part or I could go ahead and buy the part now and he wouldn't charge me for no taxes on it but I still had to pay the shipping Detroit Axel is a joke I talked to the person yesterday the manager or somebody out that was the manager and he told me as soon as I got the label and put it on the box and had proof of where they sent it out that they would go ahead and send my wheel bearings for my car and now somebody else is hollering that it's going to take me almost a month to get the right wheel bearings and I have to call them in about 20 days and then pay additional $15 to get my part if this ain't bull crap I don't know what it is he said I could buy the part again and he wouldn't charge me taxes on it but I still had to pay for the shipping although it wasn't my fault if your car says it's got a ABS light on it you figured that it would be the right part and they don't accept that this would be the last time I buy anything from Detroit again are you talking about getting a headache and frustrated I would like to talk to the CEO about this matter personally because the person yesterday I talked to said just print the label put it on the box and as soon as we see that you have shipped it back to us we will send you the right one no questions asked and now I got some body else telling me a whole totally different tune I think it is unprofessional and childish they want me to buy the part again and then reimburse me two or three weeks from now and that's not going to happen but getting to talk to somebody that's a CEO or the big wig is about impossible.
