Detailed description of an item vs a photo?
Selling multiple of one item, I have NOT always changed the photo on each item, Example selling multiple of the same lotion but different ounces. I have previously used the same photo for all but accurately describe each item in the description. A buyer looked at the photo and not the description. I also sent the buyer an email prior to mailing asking questions but no response. I mailed item but buyer was not pleased. How would you handle? Ebay favored buyer.

While @evry1nositswindy 's reply is right. In the future you can create one listing that covers all of the sizes of a particular item then provide one photo showing the different size containers.
Those type of listings are called Multi- quantity and listings with variations. Open the link below to learn how to create them.

Mentor7 months agoYes, eBay favored the buyer. Your description must match the picture and vice versa. Your photo must show the correct ounces to match the description. Many buyers shop by photo and can't be bothered to read. Sorry, but you are incorrect and need to change your photos.
