Despite submitting Proof of Dispatch, Buyer claims not received, and eBay settles in his favor debiting me.
My listing condition : 'not responsible for non-delivery for normal shipping, with Tracking contact for shipping charges'.
Ridiculous ? Will such tactics continue with other Buyers ?
Will pause listing. Are Buyers incredibly honest or uncouth ?

Proof of dispatch is not adequate when a buyer files a refund request due to item not received. You need to used tracking in order to prove delivery to the buyer.
