Despicable seller protected by eBay?
I bought a costume off ebay from Argentina. It took so long to arrive the feedback window closed. The costume came and it was wrong sizes and pitiful quality. I opened a case with ebay and selected "wrong size" for reason. ebay immediately closed the case saying it was 'buyer remorse'. I spoke with ebay representatives over the phone who agreed ebay was wrong but they did nothing. The seller continues to list items with a false feedback rating. They are avoiding accurate feedback by taking so long to ship.
On the item listing there is no link to report the item.
I went to ebay's general page to 'report a seller'. i enter details into the form but it says "sorry try again later" when I hit submit.
The seller is [Removed by moderator] and item number is [Removed by moderator]. Perhaps if the community mass reports this seller we can protect future buyers? Why would ebay sacrifice integrity and customer confidence for such a disgraceful seller?
