Desperately need shipping help!
One buyer, 2 Medium Priority Flat Rate boxes (2 separate listings) Buyer paid shipping for both listings, but paid altogether. Only one "print shipping label" option came up and now both boxes have the same tracking. Can someone help me with what I need to do to fix this? I need another label for the second box. Do I just take it to the post office and pay for it?

Mentor3 years agoSounds like you purchased one label and then reprinted it. You need to purchase a second label. You'll find the option in the dropdown next to the order transaction.
