Desperately need help with label mystery.
I have not ever had a problem of a label not printing until today. I bought the label and am able to enter the correct settings, just as always. It spits out blank pages. I thought OK…..is my printer talking to Ebay? So, I tried to print a packing slip. Well, what I got was the Ebay heading printing out but no content. There must be some communication for that to happen. I have spent hours upon hours trouble shooting. Called eBay but the accents and comprehension were not there, no help. What else can I try, don’t want to lose a great sale over a stupid label!

That sounds frustrating.
If you see the label on your screen, but it doesn't print, then it is a printer problem.
If can't see the label on your screen it is something else.
Are you able to view the label on your screen? You can look at any labels you recently printed or tried to print here:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
- Find the label, then from the Actions drop-down list, select Download Label
- Select Print

OP10 months agoOmg, I am pulling my hair out on this trying to trouble shoot it. YES, I can see the label. This printer is out of the box for about 4 months and I would give anything to have my old one back. It’s the worst ever, the HP 4000 series, what a nightmare. The printer is a wireless connection, looks like they are talking to each other because it prints the letter head but not the label, just spits out blanks. Fifteen hours of working on this and no fix. It printed a label about a month ago and what has changed…absolutely nothing.
Will need to go to Post office or try to take a photo copy of the label. Talked to my customer about the delay. Im so frustrated!

I'm sorry that is happening.
Have you tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it? Have you checked the 'scale' setting to make sure is it set to 100% or "fits"
As a work around, can you send the pdf to your email and open it at the library to print?
Another option is to cancel the current label, and purchase the label again as a QR code. Then take the QR code to the Post Office who will print the label for you.
