Designation of returns clarification
Hello Mentors, Does the classification of a return matter when ebay is evaluating sellers performances? Meaning does it make a difference if:
1. packages were mixed up and sellers received the wrong item- Is this still designated as "not matching descripiton?"
2. The item arrives completely smashed and destroyed from USPS- Is this still designated as "not matching description?"
3. The item is a trading card and has no condition listed. There is exactly 2 photos and you can clearly see the small defect in one of the photos. -Is this still a designation as "not matching description?" Must I point this out specifically saying hey pay attention to this exact spot right here? And this item is HALF the price of others sold EXACTLY like it within the last month, pay attention, it might not be perfect.
At what point do the buyers have to take responsibility for realizing that the item is half the price for a reason and to actually LOOK at the 2 photos provided?
