description says local pick up only

Question

I have placed an item for sale and have designated it as local pick up only. Someone has made a bid on the items but where is says "respond to this offer" under the heading "ships to: it lists a different state. Also in the persons profile it lists a different country. I'm confused as I have never sold anything on Ebay before. I would like to speak to someone about this but I can't seem to find the bidders email address and I can't find a person to speak to at Ebay... any help out there?

@mabo_6830 Counter with a $1 less and say in the message box> Just wanted to make it clear that this is for local pick up only from Poughkeepsie, New York, United States . A buyer can provide a different address on the checkout page. OR you can decline the offer and then add the buyer to your blocked list. https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock ? Sometimes people see Free Local Pick Up and think it means free shipping, especially when viewing it on the app. If the offer was MORE than the auction starting price then it's most likely a bad buyer. I would add decline and add to my blocked buyer list.
