    Deposit return
                     

    I won the bidding for the car. I started payment with a $ 500.00 deposit and arranged shipping myself after I found I could do it for $400.00 less than your quote. The deposit didn't go to the seller, so I want my money back from Ebay. Please help. Thanks.
