Denying a cancellation request that was within the timing guidelines
I requested a cancellation within 10 minutes of the purchase because I realized that I needed to break the order up to accommadate my buying methods. I had sent an additional email about a general question and neither were answered. I then noticed by the time and date thread they were shipped out after the request was denied. Can anyone advise me on this please?

The seller was not obligated to cancel the transaction.
You will need to proceed and wait for the item to be delivered.
